If you contact us via the form on the website or by e-mail, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

3. Data storage for contract processing
For the purpose of contract processing (reservation/booking of pitches), the following data is stored by us: Name, address, telephone number, and email address. The data provided by you is required for the fulfillment of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude the contract with you.

Data will not be transferred to third parties, with the exception of the transfer to our tax advisor to fulfill our tax obligations and to the local municipality (tourist board) for the purpose of paying the local tax/guest tax.

 

4. Your rights
In principle, you have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, withdrawal, and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection claims have otherwise been violated in any way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde).
